This handle is a nice sturdy bar with ridges that catch the light just right. I love how the bar seems to go through the silver ring too. I looked for months and kept seeing the same cheap, skinny, bars everywhere. I ordered about 12 different handles from Wayfair and put them all up for a few days. I really loved these and another bar so we combined them both in our newly remodeled kitchen. These Luxor handles are on all our cabinets and the other handles are on all our drawers. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo).
