The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. The legendary Temptrol pressure-balancing, anti-scald mixing valve is the heart of every Symmons shower system. Each valve is constructed of solid brass, bronze, and stainless steel, and features an adjustable piston that instantly and continually balances the hot and cold water pressure as demand fluctuates in the plumbing system. An adjustable stop screw limits the maximum hot water temperature. The Temptrol features a one-piece cast brass body that is designed to accommodate back-to-back and thin-wall installations.
