This rug is beautiful, and so soft! It looses a star because the frayed edges have threads pulling out, and I worry about its reliability over time with kids and pets. It’s also a lot lighter than pictured. I was expecting more color but it’s pretty light. It’s beautiful! I am glad I got it on sale though, as I don’t think it’s worth over 1k in the 9x12 size.. This rug was a great addition to my space and looks very much like the photos online. The colors are accurate to the website, which was important to me when coordinating with existing décor. The texture is pleasant underfoot and, despite being on the thinner side, it still feels comfortable and lays nicely once settled. My only drawback was the overall thickness was less substantial than I expected. That said, the appearance makes up for a lot. the pattern and color are beautiful, and it gives the room the exact look I was hoping for. Spot clean, vacuum, or hose off completely as needed.

The "Dove" color is in between tan and gray. I would call it taupe. I have not seen another rug like this. It seems to be made very well and I had no issues with the fringe. Normally I don't like a fringed rug (OCD) but the fringes are sewn onto a kind of wire? so they don't flop around and they don't look like they will fray. If you love jute or sisal look but don't want the smell or the shedding, it's a great alternative. My only knock is that it's very thin, but it's made for outdoors so it would be perfect for a dining room! It's in my guest bath now but I will be moving it to my kitchen. Because it's so flat, it won't be a tripping hazard and I don't think I'll have to worry about stains. I can’t believe I got this rug for the price I did! I originally ordered a smaller one for my bedroom and when I took it out of the box I laid it out in the living room room, and the colors looked so good I had to order the bigger one for my living room! I originally had a white rug in here, but was so tired of everything being white white white. Love the warmth of this one! It isn’t super soft, but that is what I wanted and is as expected based on description. I have two young boys and two animals so I do not need anything that will hold onto dirt very easily.
