This rug is very high quality! It lays extremely flat right away. The pad I bought for under it isnt settled yet so you see those folds underneath.... but that will subside. I was not sure about buying a rug without being in person, as you can’t touch or feel the rug nor really capture the color via a screen, but we love it! The rug is of moderate comfort- its not plush or lined with any padding so I did not expect it be super comfortable out of the packaging.
