I bought this for my high traffic entryway and wasn't sure if the light colour would show dirt (for reference I have 2 large dogs and a teen who rides horses). This rug is very high quality! It lays extremely flat right away. The pad I bought for under it isnt settled yet so you see those folds underneath.... but that will subside. This is much higher quality than Im used to so I will need to make sure I care for it properly with dogs and kids in the house. But overall, its very nice! The rug is of moderate comfort- its not plush or lined with any padding so I did not expect it be super comfortable out of the packaging. In love with this pillow. Purchased several in the “down” option and they’re absolutely perfect. Leather strap is a color somewhere in between a nutmeg and cognac. It matches perfectly with our other leather pillows in those tones. The fabric on the front of the pillow is a very light creamy beige/taupe, it has a tiny, soft pebbly textured feel, the back is more like a very thick linen. The snaffle bits are a nice touch, they’re a matte brushed gold with hints of weathered bronze. Would highly recommend ordering the down option over the poly.
