I bought this for my high traffic entryway and wasn't sure if the light colour would show dirt (for reference I have 2 large dogs and a teen who rides horses). This rug is very high quality! It lays extremely flat right away. The pad I bought for under it isnt settled yet so you see those folds underneath.... but that will subside. This is much higher quality than Im used to so I will need to make sure I care for it properly with dogs and kids in the house. But overall, its very nice! The rug is of moderate comfort- its not plush or lined with any padding so I did not expect it be super comfortable out of the packaging.
