Seasoning and reseasoning is something that I actually like to do to keep them non stick. These pans sit on my stove and they are what we us 95% of the time. Do it! They will last your lifetime and through your children’s lives. The pan comes unseasoned so the color is more bronze, after seasoning they will be black. Conrad Moulton was a prolific and highly sought after free-lance illustrator in New York City during the 1940's, 50's and 60's. Every advertising agency used him and he was a member of the Society of Illustrators. A graduate of Parson's School of Design in 1942.
