I have been using glass loaf pans for several years and thought that I might improve the texture of my bread with a metal pan, plus I wanted to stop using baking spray. This is the classic size of my 40+ year old glass pans, so I don't have to adjust my recipe. I used a parchment paper sling and was really worried when I started to lift the loaf out, but it came out so clean that you can't see that it has been used. I think that it might work without the paper sling even, just tip it out. I would buy this in the diamond like carbon coating, just for durability, but this looks like it is going to work just fine as is. Very glad that I ordered it.. Oldguyinoh. Ohio, USA. Sun Nov 10 2024
