The tile is good, I took a star off because upon delivery the driver is supposed to call 30 minutes ahead, which wasn’t done. So it was delivered which blocked our garage, so we had to physically move it. So easy to put everything you need in it and see it clearly. It cooled down almost immediately. It's very quiet, but cord Wayfair sent didn't fit to my condo so I will be returning.
