I love my vanity! It is beautiful and high quality. The process went very smoothly until delivery. I paid extra to have it delivered into my bathroom, but when it got here, the delivery men said they couldn’t do that even though I paid extra to Wayfair to specifically have this done! Vanity arrived very well packaged. It is much better quality than similarly sized vanities at the big box stores in all of the materials used for construction. No flimsy side or back panels! The soft closed hinges on the doors and rails for the roll-outs and drawers are of excellent quality. The cabinet looks as nice from the inside as it does on the outside. The top shelf is not adjustable it is fixed. Really tall items will not fit in the roll out below, but items shorter than 9.25” will. The vanity itself is very nice and I’m happy with the purchase. Getting it into my home though, was a nightmare. Due to COVID they will not deliver it into the room. I live in a condo on an upper floor. The piece most likely weighs 400lbs! I had to hire a separate set of movers to bring it Into my home. It is my feeling that for heavy items that clearly need professional moving, they should continue to offer the “ into the room service” it was ridiculous to think I could move this myself. There were also issues with the local delivery service Wayfair used to delivery the vanity. They drove by my street and never delivered it to me! Wayfair did a good job in tracking down what happened although they took nothing off of the price for my trouble. Vanity is very beautiful. One of the doors rattles a little bit. I think I could hot glue the panel and it would stop. The finish chips off somewhat easily though, so be careful with it. Customer service was amazing. We had the back piece arrive damaged so they sent a replacement and then the mirror broke because there are only two holes to support it attaching to the wall.
