Also I'm not sure what's causing this, but the faucet makes a noise when running that sounds like someone above you is using a hair dryer. I've never had a faucet make a noise like this one... Due to humidity and occasional dampness, the old, cheap knobs would become hard to turn. I have issues with arthritis in my hands. This is so easy to use compared to the round knobs.
