I am slowly moving to the Legrand Adorne series for particular types of rooms. Modern rooms with tech and clean atrium areas. I have experienced some Internet issues and always have had to get a neighbor to access the house to reset modems / switches. Installing this smart outlet, and plugging in one of my switches (PoE), makes it very simple to remotely reset this switch. This is quite a convenience. The Legrand Home + Control app provides me the ability to remotely control my smart outlet, and the PoE switch, thus eliminating the need for anyone to go to the property. Yes, it is in the description that the wall plate is not included but I saw it in the picture so just assumed it would come with. Would have purchased elsewhere with both pieces in stock if I knew..
