Assembly was pretty easy and the toilet looks awesome. The reason it's 4* instead of 5* however is I was unable to get the back plastic parts to fit fully flushly without compromising the alignment of the seat and cover. After finangling with it for about an hour, I was able to get it about 90% there, but despite my best efforts there is still a visible gap in the back where the seat and cover come together.
