I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . I installed this exhaust about 4 months ago by a professional company. Installation didn't take long time. We were very curious if it will do its jobs properly. We are very satisfied with the performance of this exhaust. When my wife cook South Asian food with spices, smell spread in whole house downstairs and upstairs. Sometime we had to open windows and doors for cross ventilation so that smell of spices clears out. After Kutch exhaust is installed, we are very happy. Bought this model for a kitchen remodel for our house. The oven burners are great! The super hot single burner is great for wok cooking. The griddle and included roasting pan are great and really handy. The only complaints I have are one burner regulator stopped working, an oven knob will spin and spin without hitting the stop detent, and if you clean too hard you will rub the burner finish off.
