Good quality for the price. I needed a 4' sliding door for a storage room in my basement. I thought of building one myself, but the price of the materials and hardware would have been highter than the cost of this kit and everything needed came in the box. I put a coat of polyurethane on the parts before assembly. Assembly was straight forward but not easy. It would probably be easier with a smaller door. Getting the tongue and groove panels lined up was a bit of a challenge with so many of them required. I'm happy with the result. It's a good solid door and it's easy to open and close.. Dan. These turned out beautifully but I severely underestimated the amount of time it would take to get them to this point. I struggled to get these to stain as dark as I wanted. I tried just staining them at first and then had to go back and sand them down to get them to stain darker. These doors are very pretty! In all honesty, it took me months to get them fully installed. The directions were minimal to say the least, but I did find my way.
