Having filtered water ready to grab from the fridge is incredibly convenient, and the auto-fill feature works reliably. The dispenser is fast and easy to use while maintaining a clean, integrated look. Being ENERGY STAR certified gives us confidence in its efficiency, and it runs quietly while maintaining consistent temperatures. The smart features are well executed too. The app is intuitive, reliable, and genuinely useful without feeling gimmicky. Finally, the design is stunning. Seems good so far, with some caveats. The door and the frame came in good condition. Unfortunately there are absolutely NO instructions. Other reviewers complained that there were no pre-drilled holes. It took a bit of trying before I figured out how to attach the hinges and drill the holes in the doors and frame. So that was not a problem. However, there are two major problems: 1. There are absolutely no instructions on how to adjust the tension in the hinges. I had to spend a lot of time on youtube to get some information though nothing specific to these particular hinges which are different from what I could see, so, even though my doors are installed, they do not swing perfectly. I asked a builder to take a look and adjust them. 2. There's absolutely nothing for attaching the frame to the wall, not only no pre-drilled holes but no suggestions on how to do it either. In the end I just drilled 3 holes in each frame and screwed them to the wall. You need very long screws as you need to get them through the longest side of the frame. So far, so good. We wanted a 48” built-in fridge to replace our 24-year-old GE Monogram. Looked for one with size and reliability being most important. Did not want bells & whistles, so this one was as close as we could get. Wish we could have purchased it without the huge ice maker that we very rarely use and without internet connectivity. Shelves are a tiny bit less deep than the last refrigerator, but it’s not too much of a problem. It’s working, keeps the food safe, and is very attractive.
