The unfinished barn door is made of 100% natural spruce. The surface is unfinished and ready to be stained. The unfinished door can be stained or painted to the desired finish/color.

Good quality for the price. I needed a 4' sliding door for a storage room in my basement. I thought of building one myself, but the price of the materials and hardware would have been highter than the cost of this kit and everything needed came in the box. I put a coat of polyurethane on the parts before assembly. Assembly was straight forward but not easy. It would probably be easier with a smaller door. Getting the tongue and groove panels lined up was a bit of a challenge with so many of them required. I'm happy with the result. It's a good solid door and it's easy to open and close.. Dan. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. The fridge is very sleek and well laid out to maximize the small space. Definitely has a few cons - the drawers feel flimsy. The middle freezer drawer tends to get stuck and we have to lift the other drawers to get it to go back in.
