I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. I love the wall light making it easy to see everything. The middle drawer can be changed from chill, meat, to drink setting. The fudge focus allows you to see what is in the veggie and fruit drawers the last time they were opened. Allowing you to check while at the store if you really do have those carrots. The in door only ice was a bit of a change but I do like that there isn’t a massive loss in the freezer for use bins. The scanning tool is super handy and can help keep those busy families aware of what they are out of. I love the screen size. It is not overbearing and you do not get ads that cycle. Easy to search recipes. The autofill is very helpful although does not always fill to the top with some reusable cups, especially stainless steal with screw closures. Overall very impressed. It seems of high quality with easy to change water filter which is a huge plus. The app also lets you know when it is time to purchase a new filter and where you can buy. The Kanso 5" Honesuki Knife is a Japanese-style boning knife. The knife with its triangular shape is perfect for maneuvering around bones and between joints. Once you try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the complete control you gain as you process your poultry and other proteins. Its razor-sharp, 16° cutting edge makes removing breasts from bone easy and it cuts joint cartilage almost like butter. Scoring and trimming are a breeze, too and you can use the blade's spine for scraping. Once you've used this Japanese boning knife, you'll reach for it again and again. The knife is part of the Shun Kanto series. Kanso is a design principle based on zen philosophy. It means “simplicity,” but simplicity is achieved by eliminating the nonessential. In keno, QKA/Shun took away anything that doesn’t matter and kept everything that does: high-performance steel, razor-sharp edge, perfect balance, and precision cutting control. The steel is Japanese AUS10A highly refined, high carbon, vanadium stainless steel that takes a razor-sharp edge and holds it longer.
