I was ripped off! I spent $1,200.00 on a pair of by-pass closet doors advertised as solid wood. I hired a carpenter to install them and found out they were actually cheap hollow core doors filled with cardboard! (see photo) Moreover, the doors were not even wood veneer, but covered in plastic paper made to look like wood! I complained to Wayfair they offered to give me a $230.00 refund on a $1,200. 00 purchase. How they came up with that number I have no idea. For example, if we were having a party and catered food, a standard full size tray would not fit the depth of the refrigerator shleves. The icemaker works very well, but can overflow. Ice gets trapped behind the drawer and the door wont shut. We have to use an extension tool with claw to retrieve the ice. This vintage door was used as the gate door to the courtyard and still has its original iron hardware, butterflies, door locks & ring, and decorative patterns. It is cumbersome and in excellent condition. This door will do the job by looking for a door that can make a statement.

It's a nice shower door, the only reasonable one I could find for the size i needed. Just this week, however, one of the rollers that the door glides on broke. I intend to reach out to Wayfair to see what can be done, it's still a pretty new piece, so that wasnt really expected. I will try to report back as to how this gets resolved. Beautiful doors with great bearings that make them glide effortlessly. However, our shower pan horizontal ledge turns in toward the shower at the showerhead wall, causing the water sheeting down the door to splash on the ledge and get on the floor outside of the shower. In Japan, the kiritsuke is known as the master chef's knife. Use it for all the tasks for which you'd use a chef's knife.
