Great faucet, 5 stars. Reached out to customer service after I ordered, before it shipped because website says it doesn't include the handles or drain piece, and they confirmed it doesn't include drain. HOWEVER, upon receiving and opening the box, it does include both the drain and the handles. As the drain by itself costs $300, ik sure this will be helpful information to have for any future customers as well as the website that sells the product. Quote from customer service "We have reviewed your questions and confirmed that the drain is not included. What is included is the Ceramic Disc Valve, Two Lever Handles, and the Spout You can review more information about the product by reviewing the description and specification portion on SKU: LBPR9350. I bought this item from Best Plumbing in Somers, NY. It is extremely loud...anyone in the adjacent rooms will know that you're unrolling toilet paper. Perhaps it has something to do with the side that has the arm is not fitting flushly against the wall. I had to improvise and cut down a cabinet door bumper to size, and place it where the arm and other side of the holder meet.
