Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. This shower base is gorgeous and sturdy and wonderful! It looks great, has a great feel underfoot, and drains well. Our shipping experience was not great. The first one we received was delivered in a box that had been through some things. It was left for us without a signature because they knew we would have refused it! Wayfair made it right though. They sent us another one and arranged for the first one to be picked up from our home. The damage was to the support rings underneath, shown in one of the photos above. I couldn't be happier with this wide Jacuzzi tub with arm rests. I moved after enjoying a Jacuzzi tub with no arm rests for 16 years. First thing I did in my new house was install this model. The extra width and arm rests are not only more comfortable, but when I injured my leg -- the arm rests enable me to lower myself into the tub.
