I love this, in theory. (It wouldnt work with my shower due to the set up of my diverter, the product was fine.) It solves a lot of problems I have with showers When you have to mix the water with two knob ItsTooCold-TooCold-TooCold-TOO-HOT-TooCold.... I like having one lever you can adjust for the temperature. Also, whose genius idea was it to put the plumbing behind the wall so that if you have a leak, you have to rip out your tile REALLY!! In my opinion, this visible shower line will save you problems down the line. The item came well-packaged and appeared to be solidly made, all metal, no plastic. I really wish it had worked.
