The table itself is gorgeous and I would give it 5 plus stars. The issues I had was with Wayfair - terrible, rude and no customer service and this experience cause so much anxiety -basically I order in May and the table was delayed and delayed. After missing the event I was planning to use it for in September they would not allow me to cancel. It went to executive resolution who returned my first email and never responded or call back. Several emails and attempts to talk to someone was time consuming and worrisome - note they never called. Was absolutely shocked - I reached out to the actual supplier and found out the table was just sitting in their warehouse - I was able to get the supplier to contact directly wayfair. Gold Leaf

Our convergence mirror is cast in artisan-grade resin and dressed in shimmering gold leaf. Generous in scale, the mirror measures nearly five feet in diameter and a foot off the wall. The texture that results when the finish is applied is achieved when our talented artisans rub the surface with gold—it doesn’t seep fully into the deepest crevices so a light/dark shadow play brings the gold mirror extra life. A design move of note is how the piece of mirror is placed asymmetrically, which creates added tension—a favorite sleight-of-hand that interior designers employ to add interest to a room. This makes for a dimensional wall piece that is really a showstopper.

As Ellen Ehk Åkesson was asked to create an art object in honor of Ulrica Hydman Vallien's artistry, the magnificent Ticka was born. The object became part of Kosta Boda's 2021 tribute collection to the late Hydman Vallien. Ticka, available in a limited edition of 100 pieces, is a vessel from Ellen’s own imagination based on the same shape as Ulrica’s “snake bowl”. “I wanted to make something of my own, but with a connection to Ulrica’s art. For the tribute collection, I was inspired by the directness of her approach and style. The vessel symbolizes a tree trunk. It’s covered with modeled polypore mushrooms, called ‘Ticka’ in Swedish – hence the name.” – Ellen Ehk Åkesson. Ticka is handmade in Kosta, Sweden.
