So far so good!! Purchased this table for my kids rec room. It’s being used mostly by ages 11-13. Definitely purchased the protection just in case as this age group could get a little rough playing. I'd love to give it 4.5 stars, rather than 5 even. The A/C itself works flawlessly, which is what I so badly need in my home office during the height of the summer. It loses a little bit of ranking because, as others have noted, the slide bar for the exhaust hose is rather difficult to use and does little to provide any insulation. It does, however, provide a little more insulation, and isn't AS difficult to use, as some reviewers are saying. Nevertheless, I'm going to build my own window frame for the exhaust hose to get a better fit, and have much better insulation. That being said, I was expecting to build this regardless of what model I ended up buying, so I'm still going to give this a 5-star review - in the end, it does exactly what I want it to do, and it does it VERY well with little in the way of negatives. My wife and daughter play our new table more than me, but when I do play I’m the champ. We’re having a blast. The Atomic Azure was a very good choice. I researched for a few hours total, and this is the table I chose. It took me about three hours fully assemble the table, most of the time was spent putting the players and bumpers together and making sure everything was lines up properly. I have to say the manufacturer made it pretty much dummy proof. The lights, sound, and automatic score board make the table come to life.
