Bought this double screen door because we were screening the deck at our lake house. We have extra wide steps up to the deck and needed a door wider than the standard 32 or 36 inch. Listing said for width less than 68" it could be modified, so we decided to go for it. I was surprised, the instructions were complete, clear, and easy to follow. (So often you get the skimpy badly translated ones.) With a little help from a neighbor we got 2 sets, front and back of deck, installed in about 3-4 hours. Hubby is a metal fabricator, not a carpenter, but he said it was pretty easy once he understood their system. I would say it's a 2 person job, unless you're a really good carpenter. We have 1 side set as a stationary sidelight, only opening the other side. We'll put some planters or knick knacks on the steps in front of the stationary side. I received this door and immediately loved it. I don’t know very much about doors and the considerations to be considered about doors but my daughter locked her puppy in the room and I’ve needed a new door since because in the process of removing the know the other door that I tried to fix was a basic door manufacturer door and just looked horrible. I saw this on sale and ordered it. I loved the weight and seems closer to wood. ! I was lucky that I had a friend that could hang it for me and knew what to do with a slab door.
