This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. I had a frustrating experience with FedEx's customer service when I tried to place a vacation hold on a delivery. The website was difficult to navigate, and I needed help speaking to people. After two unsuccessful attempts and an hour later, I finally got the hold, only to have the request canceled. Despite the ordeal, I was relieved to receive the delivery finally. Next, I noticed that the recliner's price had been reduced by $550, but Wayfair claimed they couldn't issue a refund after the order had shipped. We have spent thousands of dollars furnishing a new home. I'm disappointed by their policy, but I will explore other options. Alright, no more complaining! The recliner is ideal for our theater room. It assembles quickly, is sturdy, and comfortable. However, I have some doubts about the leather. It's marketed as Top Grain, but there's a chance it's only Genuine Leather (the lowest quality)..
