First, the sofa is beautiful and very comfortable. We did find it a bit difficult to connect a couple of the pieces- especially the center bolster was hard to get connected. Its probably because were a little older and the pieces are a bit heavy. Also, despite having heat and massage listed in some of the diagrams about the couch, it doesnt appear to have it. If it does, I cant find it. However, I purchased a massage chair separately that has heat so its not a big deal that the couch doesnt have it... And honestly, this is a very very pretty couch. When decorating as a gift for my son who lives 500 miles away, I tried to purchase a more expensive rug that was wool, traditional, but the several that I liked were all backordered so I settled for this one. Turns out that it was a nice purchase. He likes the contemporary pattern, the shagginess, and says it unrolled nicely and looks good.
