I haven’t installed the tub yet, but I am very pleased with the look. The delivery by Osmel and Eloy was seamless. I was given a four hour time slot that they met, and messaged me before arrival. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We installed the first of 2 of these tubs about a month ago. The big issue is how much water you have to have to stop the lumbar jets from spraying into my hair and all over the wall. I feel like I have to be in the ready position and maneuver to get the jets turned on so we don’t have a huge mess. I don’t water the water so deep but I have no choice. I’m looking for a way to suppress those top jets and can’t find one. Also, I’m having a heck of a time finding a realistic detailed owners manual. Something that goes into detail with how to operate all the features. We also had the bottom air come on while the tub was not in use. Tub has a great look and the gel coat finish seem good. However the manufacturing quality control is extremely poor. Overall length was 60.25 instead of 60 causing fit problem in the alcove. Front face was not square and had to be adjusted by cutting tub structure boards underneath and reattaching. 6 leveling pads not sufficient to provide a solid feel when in tub as it sounding like it was going to crack. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub!
