The hot tub was easy to set up and get the chemicals correct even though this is our first experience with any hot tub. The jets are a little noisy. For an inflatable hot tub we are very happy with our purchase. Use the App as it helps with regulating, heating and keeping clean. I live in Quebec Canada and I have had the Intex inflatable six person Spa since August. it is February now, our Spa is set to the max 40°C, whereas the outside temperature is currently MINUS 25°C !! It has even withstood Minus 40°C with the windchill. We use our Spa everyday and it is running flawlessly !!! My previous "Hardshell" spa did not withstand the cold winters here ; as the pipes inevitably froze and burst! This is a great pool, we had 4 adults on floaties relaxing all summer. Once you figure out the pump and ALWAYS clean the filter it works. It takes some fiddling. Turn off, LIFT filter mechanism up, it has to be up or the water will flow out, take off lid and keep filter up on a bucket or step, clean filter, put back in and then turn on.................its took a few tries and google but for the price, you have a filtered pool. The hot tub was better than I expected especially the powerful jets. I was really surprised. It’s very well built. It was easy to blow up and use the controller. The nice thing is you can get the app and use your phone. That’s a great feature. I would like to see cupholders built into it in the near future, some seats in the corners seats about 5 inches tall , but other than that it’s perfect, it lights up very well at night the wife and I love it it’s definitely a five star.
