I couldn't take that, so I ordered the Fotile 30" 5-burner cooktop with that magnificent central tri-ring burner for my wok and have absolutely loved it ever since. I really like the placement of the burners and the additional griddle and wok ring. What I want to do now is get a replacement tri-ring burner. The brass rings are just not easy to clean, but if that is the worst thing I could say about this cooktop, then you did an outstanding job! Thank you so very much. Picking a stove was a major consideration and dilemma for me during my kitchen renovation. After finally settling on this Paramount duel fuel, I am very glad I went with it! It’s really beautiful and so far, has worked flawlessly. Nice flames, easy to adjust (I made the switch to gas from electric and I am so pleased!). The oven has been spot on with temp with no real learning curve. Love the simple and basic controls, no frills with the exception of style and lovely slide-out racks! Minus one star for being a little bulkysticking out farther than many (although i knew this at purchase) and also for some loud popscreaksgroans when oven coming to temp.
