Love this vacuum although not happy with the cord holder used when vacuuming. Doesn't hold the cord at all which means I've gotta hold the card in my hand. The rug is just as beautiful as its pictures. The rug is both soft and feels durable and the underside is very neat. I am using it with a rug pad for extra cushion and it works great even with a bit thicker of a pad. The rug is 100% wool so it sheds quite a bit at first, but I totally expected this having had all wool rugs in almost every room of my home for decades. I love this rug. I ordered this and the matching larger rug for my home entry spaces. You can see the blue is deep. I think it compliments my navy and natural decor very well. The rug is not too thin and surprisingly very soft. The weaving is thick and there are no patches or loose strings. Wonderful quality. I laid it flat upside down for 2 days to flatten the edges. I have been in the process of converting my son's old room into a guestroom/den/dressing room. I had already lined one wall with bookshelves and ordered a beige faux leather sofa bed from Wayfair. I had made a plaid silk comforter in shades of tan and pale teal green to throw on the sofa bed. An exotic hardwood coffee table was on its way from Wayfair. All that was needed was an appropriate area rug to tie this corner of the room together. Voila! This rug is perfect. The colors work well enough with the comforter to look cohesive, and yet are dynamic enough to lend excitement to this corner of the room (the other end has a simple sisal rug). This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas.
