If it were possible to rate an item with 10+ stars, this would be one! This smart toilet is incredible, and we love it. I had never used a smart toilet or bidet. After using this one, we can’t imagine ever going back to exclusively using “standard” toilets. The list of features is extensive, and this toilet lives up to them all. The installation was straightforward, and it has been problem-free from day one. It comes with a remote that lets you control the seat, water, and dryer temperatures. You can also adjust the water nozzle direction, water pressure, and seat up/down. The remote is two-sided to cover all available personalization options. It came with an instruction manual, and it was easy to navigate all the settings and adjust them. Shortly after the toilet arrived, we received two bottles of Foam Shield Cleaner from Bazyths. It was simple to install and is a fantastic feature. As soon as you sit down, a layer of the foam cleanser is released to the surface of the water. It has a pleasant scent, not too overpowering. It is released automatically, but there is a button on the remote for manual foaming if you want to run an extra cleaning rinse to the toilet. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. My driveway has now gone through two winters and the sealant is still somewhat effective, but I think I will need to coat it again this fall.. Bryan. Halifax, NS. Thu Mar 26 2026

This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. Love that is has a handle and is on wheels for easy transportation too. Whirlpool has always been a good brand for appliances and it seems they know what they are doing with dehumidifiers too. After 30 days of use it has made a huge difference in the climate of our home.
