Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. We've put it on the wall and powered it up and everything seems to be working as it should. I haven't yet measured the surface temperature of the panels but my "touch test" suggests it's at or close to the 158 degree advertised temperature. It also seems solidly built, so I feel confident it will hold up over time. Standard bath towels, first folded in half, fit pretty well, although they hang just a touch over the end. We also did a "hardwired" installation, with the wire running behind the wall to the junction box. This involves a little extra work, including cutting off the plug and stripping the wires, but it provides a "cleaner" look and in my view is worth the effort. My one modest complaint is that the wall anchors that are included don't feel sufficient for long-term hold, particularly on the 4-bar model. I strongly suggest that you find a stud for mounting, and use "wing" style anchors where a stud is not available. This is what we did and it now feels quite solid.
