The tile is good, I took a star off because upon delivery the driver is supposed to call 30 minutes ahead, which wasn’t done. So it was delivered which blocked our garage, so we had to physically move it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This is very attractive on its surface but if you live in North America the plumbing components do not align with North American standards and my plumber basically had to rig the set up and buy all new parts. The parts are plastic, flimsy and again are different sizes than needed. It also failed to come with the valve for the glass rinser, and to make matters more fun! This product is not eligible for support from Wayfair. Sadly I have already cut out my counter top to the size of this sink and Wayfair will not return nor support in making this sink work in our space. I needed to replace a Kohler corner tub in my primary bath that took up a huge section of my bathroom and I needed a tub that had presence/would fill the space well without looking skimpy. I also had a unique drain placement I needed to work around. I ended up deciding on this bathtub due to looks and the offset drain. Delivery was easy and the tub was extremely well packaged and somewhat resembling the Ark of the Covenant from "Indiana Jones" in its giant, wood crate. The finish on the tub is pristine and there isn't a single blemish on the tub, so the packaging was excellent. My remodel is ongoing, so I will need to update this review once it's complete.. Krista.
