These shower doors are amazing! My husband sent me on a mission to find two sets of shower doors for our new home because he doesn't like shower curtains. He also told me to find a big-name brand door so the quality would be good. As I begin looking for the big brand doors, I found these. The price and the reviews were so much better than the big brands that I decided to take a chance on these. The quality and look of these doors are very high end. The are heavy duty, beautiful and though they take some time they are relatively simple to install (if you are good at that sort of thing, which my husband is). Just installed this dreamline sliding shower door. We needed an option without a top rail because of the unusual structure of our bathroom. The bay window would not allow for a top rail install and the bathroom was too small for a pivot style door. This slider worked great. My only complaint is that the slider has a little too much play in the top glider and so rattles a bit. We plan to reduce the clearance with a thicker piece of rubber to eliminate that issue. We also have not been able to determine how to properly drain the inner channel. It seems to hold standing water after shower use. Could be user install error. Overall a great product.. Colette. These semi-frameless glass shower enclosures enhance the look of any bathroom with bypass shower panels free from aluminum framing. Both 3/16-inch glass panels move within the enclosure. One panel includes a pull handle for one edge of the glass and the other panel has a towel bar that wraps around the panel. All Basco shower enclosures are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Moderate DIY Skills are recommended for the installation of the shower enclosure. To reduce the water they recommend placing the interior panel to be positioned close to the showerhead. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. The header and rail will be shipped long and will need cut to size during installation. Tools needed to install the door are: Tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill,7/64-inch, 1/8-inch, ¼-inch drill bits, #2 Philips screwdriver, 3/16-inch wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended) Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape.
