Got a great deal on this during the President's Day sale and was able to take advantage of a sign up discount code. Delivery took about a week after completing the purchase. Delivery experience was excellent as they had brought it into my kitchen and after getting permission from their boss, was able to unpack the range and move it in front of where this new range was being installed in my kitchen. I installed this range, put everything together and the burners have been running great. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. Had it a year, it's still working so that's a plus. It somehow seems smaller inside than our previous one, which fitted in the same space. The utensil holder is a little difficult to put silverware in initially as it has a grid on the top ( removable) but it works great to keep water spots off. The cool thing is the dishwasher pops open at the end of the cycle to allow the steam to escape and that means unlike other model, the dishes actually dry. On the other hand, it doesn't clean baked on food well at all, and it seems to tip forward when the racks are pulled out. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars for that reason.
