I like the cabinet overall, but one of the front right legs arrived with a 2" x 2" chip missing from the end. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait for a replacement — the trades needed access — so I had to repair it myself using white plastic filler, white spray paint, and a clear coat. It took considerable time and effort, and given the price I paid, that's not an experience I should have had. This 1/2 Inch overlay single demountable hinge is a great replacement or upgrade to your existing cabinetry. These are hinges are for retrofit only. Uses slots mortised into door for simple door installation and removal; simply loosen or tighten the clamps as needed. Especially handy for frequent door removal or cleaning, or if staining or painting your cabinets will occur after installation.

I had to modify it a little. They have a machine screw they use to go into the cabinet. I use a wood screw to attach mine. You can't unthread the machine screw so I used a dremal saw to remove it. Otherwise, it is the right color and fit.. Frank. Auburn, NH. Sun Mar 01 2026
