I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. The mattress has the right amount of firmness and very durable for my kids. It supports my back and doesn’t hurt in the morning when we get up.
