Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I’m not happy with this sofa. I should have paid closer attention to the measurements. I purchased it for the color and microfiber fabric. But this sofa looks like a piece of child’s furniture.
