Good for the price. Three issues: minor rust on some of the welds, instructions said to use 1/4" drill bit, but that was too big for the included lag bolts, and the biggest issue is that the mount is either level when retracted against the wall OR level when pivoted out 90 degrees. That meant attaching a Fire Stick 4K, a Harmony Hub and an old TiVO Mini to the rear of the TV. The TiVO and Fire Stick were easy, but the Harmony Hub is made to sit on a horizontal surface, period. As I envisioned fabricating something out of metal strapping, I spotted the Mount-IT! MI-355 online. Perfect! And it was.
