There was a mount for the remote, so we hung it next to our light switch that way it is always handy. There is a small delay when pressing the buttons on the remote, for the fan to react, but not enough to be annoying. There are 6 speeds to choose from, and you can choose the rotation direction as well. This fan operates quietly, and I love the detail on the fan blades. The blades look like palm leaves which is perfect for an outdoor setting. I can't wait to enjoy using this fan all summer on my patio, it will make the heat more bearable. But it also offers function: the large single bowl ensures maximum workspace for cleaning bulky or oversized dishes. Our ultra-durable and dense fireclay is fired up to 2100°F and protected with our proprietary finish that safeguards and adds strength.

An attractive sink at a good price. This is a fireclay sink, which means it is fired at a lower temperature than a porcelain sink, but at a higher temperature than a ceramic sink. Higher temps increase hardness and durability. This becomes apparent as this sink will stain if left soiled overnight, unlike a porcelain sink which you can rinse and wipe clean. It is not a big deal as it does come clean with some bleach cleaner and a sponge. I am happy overall. Note: I bought a sturdy stainless steel sink grid, not included, to protect the bottom from nicks and scratches (~$50), which I recommend. Can be used as a trivet or a cooling rack as well.. Ok so I just got this the packing was awesome ! It is spray foamed after they put it in the box . It arrived safe its heavy as heck . Really pretty and glossy . My family ribs me endlessly over my precious sink! It was shipped in the Arc of the Covenant. We had to use an engine hoist outfitted with a support bar to move the piece into position. It came with brackets and parts to hang on the wall, but at 400 pounds, the wall would have had to have been designed with this in mind. Instead, I did a Frankenstein bit to a thrift store oak kitchen table. We built a box out from the wall for plumbing access. Still working on getting the correct pipes and equipment, but I will have my sink eventually! Note for those looking: PLAN! It's ridiculously heavy, but oh so pretty. The fixture is nice but the color is a little warmer than we'd hoped for - it almost reads copper at certain times of the day. Also, the glass dome doesn't sit perfect in the band or ring around it. It has a 1.75-inch drain hole -drain not included. A mounting bracket is included. Ideal in a bath, powder, or even a laundry room wherever you will use it the most!
