Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. Central air broke we purchased this unit to use short term , a month later still not fixed . This LG unit cools the whole downstairs. Quick easy setup . So far I love it. One can't really evaluate a range until more time has gone by. It looks good and fits perfectly. I have used burners a lot in two weeks and am pleased with their performance.
