I typically don’t use metal utensils just because it’s easier to scratch/scrape coatings off, so in doing so, this kept everything in tact well. The handles kept a warm temperature and do not get too hot to handle it. Lids fit well and keep everything inside. The size of them make it easy to stack on top of the arch other which saves room. My favorite thing about them is how easy it is to clean them! With some older pans, I have to scrub and scrub to clean them but these ones I can rinse most things off quickly and then wash easily.
