This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). This product in the Castelao series puts emphasis on the details to create a totally unique flooring experience. A mulch layer and hand staining process have been used to create an inner glow effect that darkens towards the timeworn plank edges. Due to the natural glow and the vineyard series has high color variation. Meaning, the color hues will span a range from low to high for added brilliance. Vintage and long-length planks measure up to seven feet long for a more coalescent floor.

The grooves in it are not too deep, but deep enough to see. We will be ordering more for a big project. If you know this wood, this piece is exactly as ambrosia maple should be with the groove character! It is not a flat back, rather has the edging thinned out to be used for wall paneling if needed. Let your style start from the ground up. The red oak inside the base connector is used to add architectural detail to your decor. It is an exceptional miter less solution to connect baseboards in the corners. Use with the for outside corners. Recommend to use with baseboards that are or shorter. Take the struggle out of metering your corners with base connectors. Simply install the base connectors in your corners and straight cut your baseboards to fit.
