Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). The spa panel replacement kit offers an economical way to re-skirt a hot tub with weathered panels. The flexible design and unique built-in flange allow for a quick and simple installation. The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. To continue access to the spa's equipment panel, we include flange pieces for an access door. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. The installer will need a circular saw, a string, measuring tape, a drill, and a pencil.

We shopped around for sometime and were leaning towards buying a spa from a local dealer when the wife discovered this unit. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. Love it! One of my favorite things in my new house!! I use it daily for my matcha, my hot tea and can use the hot water to soak very dirty potspans. Also great to remove price tags or sticky anything on dishes or whatever. One thing to note, I usually have it at a medium high temperature, but when I turn it higher when I need very hot water, I guess the water fills the tank and the water automatically comes spitting out of the faucet, which isn’t a big deal but can be a safety issue. If you have kids you need to make sure they’re not around the sink because the water does start spouting out from the faucet and it’s very hot. The process of assembly was very poor with no clear photos of the sauna we purchased.
