Why in the world the previous owner installed white ceiling fans on a brown house is beyond me!! I hated the old fan, how dirty it was and how it didn't match the exterior of the house in any way at all. So, I stumbled upon this GREENEVER outdoor ceiling fan and knew it would be perfect! The fan was fairly easy to install (cramming the remote box into the housing without crimping wires is always the hardest part!). The ABS blades will hold up in any weather, yet don't look like plastic. The fan is totally quiet - not a sound! I love the ceiling fan. The black and white is timeless. My old one was a heavy eye sore. This one was super easy to installed, and it came with a really awesome remote. This is my third temperpic mattress, The hybrid mattress in the Breeze that has 10degree cooling is very comfortable and supportive , I went from a queen firm breeze to a split king hybrid . I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This is a great little dehumidifier. We got it for our basement because our old one was getting old and starting to have problems. This one is smaller and a lot quieter. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
