This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The remote has a lot of useful functions including turn off and on the lights at night to reduce the brightness for light sleepers. A few things to know beforehand. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I searched forever for an affordable 6 burner gas stove top. Here it is. Upon first installation we had a few issues. 1st was the smell of gas. Had it checked and there was no leak it is the just the smell of the materials used to make it. It was very strong at first. Next issue was that the burners all were set at max power. We had to contact customer service to get a special tool to adjust the burner flames. So everything was burning even on its lowest setting which is another thing Im not crazy about. A few years ago we moved into a 55+ community in central Florida and it came with a wimpy little gas cooktop that by moving my heated pan, I melted one of the knobs. I couldn't take that, so I ordered the Fotile 30" 5-burner cooktop with that magnificent central tri-ring burner for my wok and have absolutely loved it ever since. I really like the placement of the burners and the additional griddle and wok ring. What I want to do now is get a replacement tri-ring burner. The brass rings are just not easy to clean, but if that is the worst thing I could say about this cooktop, then you did an outstanding job! Thank you so very much.
