The process of the instructions seems informative enough though they were torn. Much better instructions than some other companies provide. Overall packaging is good, everything is included and packed in seperated boxes with protective material. The quality feels sturdy. I like the clean lines and how the white looks. I have an InSinkerator, so did not need the included drain cover and basket - but they look MUCH better than the InSinkerator drain ;). Note, the sink is very heavy.
