I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. This design is part of the collection inspired by Carl and Karin Larsson, an iconic and beloved Swedish design family active in the 19th century. When Carl was out traveling Karin found time to, in secrecy, create this beautiful weaving that was filled with loving symbols. She made it thinly woven and double-sided to allow the sunlight to come through and eye contact between the spouses from their separate bedrooms.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. A few years ago we moved into a 55+ community in central Florida and it came with a wimpy little gas cooktop that by moving my heated pan, I melted one of the knobs. I couldn't take that, so I ordered the Fotile 30" 5-burner cooktop with that magnificent central tri-ring burner for my wok and have absolutely loved it ever since. I really like the placement of the burners and the additional griddle and wok ring. What I want to do now is get a replacement tri-ring burner. The brass rings are just not easy to clean, but if that is the worst thing I could say about this cooktop, then you did an outstanding job! Thank you so very much.
