Everything worked out well! We used this kit as sliding door instead of poker door. We covered the hardware part with wood and paint so that hardware won’t expose and it doesn’t look like a farmhouse which our house is not like that. In the original box, a set of wheels was missing. This track comes with mounting such as spacer, lag bolts and, washer. If you like to add on extra length to your track it is a great way to solve that problem by adding an extra track.

This is the wrong size - for a third time! The original order was in January for a set of 3x 54inch flat tracks. The first order did not arrive. The second order arrived but was the wrong size, 60inches. This is now the third order, which just arrived again as 60inches. This won't fit in the space. Why do you keep sending the wrong size?!? If you have a door trim, you’d better put a header board that is as thick as the trim and then attach the rail to the header board. You need to have at least 6" of space between the top of the door to the ceiling to accommodate the hardware. They use two hangers to hold one door. For a single door kit, there will be two hangers in the package. For a double door kit, there will be four hangers. If you have a door that is either too wide or too heavy, then you can purchase addition hangers for that door.

Good for the money, but... the bottom guide for the door is cheap plastic, so had to purchase a steel set separately. It is rust proof, water proof and fire proof. The standard door thickness for our hardware is from 1 3/8'' to 1 3/4''. If your door thickness is not within that range, please go to our second tab called "Customization Services" for more detailed instructions on how to customize for it. The spacing between each hole is American standard 16''. Tracks 8ft and under are one single track instead of being connected by multiple shorter tracks. racks 9ft to 16ft will be connected by two tracks. Tracks 18ft and 20ft will be connected by three tracks. Therefore, the spacing between the holes in the connecting section may not be 16''. Each complete track can hold door weight up to 220 lbs. Usually we recommend the track length to be at least double the total door width or the opening. For example, if you have two doors that are each 30'' wide. You will need 2* (30''+30'') = 120'' long track. Or if you have an opening that is 48'' wide, you will need at least 96'' long track. The minimum clearance (from top of the door to the ceiling) you need to install this barn door hardware is 6''.

This was my very first order with Wayfair. The product looked good, But, a 72” was sent and I thought I had ordered a much longer (168”) track, being that I have an 80” opening and would need at least 160” for both doors to open. However, the return process was very easy. Not happy with the restocking fee (may not be the right term) of $20 something dollars, but the representative was very patient and helpful.
